Two Moose Home Inspections is a multi-inspector residential home inspection company located in Silverthorne, Colorado and was founded in 2018. Although the company is young, TMHI uses technology to position itself as a local industry leader and provide our clients with the best possible home inspection experience. We conduct ourselves with integrity and we value continued education and positive interpersonal interactions above all else.
Summary
After driving to the home that is being inspected, the home inspector will look for defects on the roof, exterior, grounds, interior, attic, and crawlspace. Using an iPad the inspector documents the defects by selecting the defect description from our software and taking a picture of the defect. When the inspection is complete, the report is uploaded to the cloud for the client to view. Thermal imaging and 360° photos are included with every home inspection. We also offer add-on services that include sewer scope inspections, radon measurement, drinking water testing, water well recovery testing, and walking on roofs.
Responsibilities
· Become a Certified Professional Inspector and maintain good standing
· Become a Licensed Radon Measurement Professional and maintain good standing
· Complete Continuing Education requirements
· Act with integrity always
· Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
· Perform Home Inspections
· Respond to emails and phone calls during off hours
· Provide outstanding customer service to home buyers, sellers, and realtors
· Remain unbiased when discussing a home’s defects
· Take care of all equipment
Qualifications
· Legally authorized to work in the USA
· No Criminal Record
· Clean Driving Record
· Valid Colorado Driver’s License
· 7 Years of employment history
· Communication and Interpersonal skills
· Problem solving mindset
· Strong desire to learn everyday
· Attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits
· $45,000 to $75,000 of market dependent income annually
· Company Vehicle, iPad, Laptop, and Tools Provided
