Scheduling

Once you provide us with a preferred inspection date and time, we take care of everything from there. If things change after we confirm the inspection, we update you, your client, and the listing agent to make sure we are all on the same page. You can use our online scheduler, call our office, or email us to schedule an inspection.

Inspecting

You clients are more than welcome to join us during or after the inspection and the inspection report will be submitted to you and your client by the end of the day. We are not alarmists and we have seen more than enough homes to educate your client about the commonality and resolution to any issue that may concern them.

Our reports use Spectora which is the industry leader for home inspection reporting. This software allows you as the realtor to quickly and easily navigate the inspection report, use the Report Tools to quickly copy and past text and create repair requests using the integrated utility. Our reports are saved in the cloud and can be viewed by any smart device. PDF copies of the report can be downloaded for local storage.

What We Don’t Do

We do not offer Mold Testing because we do not see the value of testing for mold, which is thoroughly detailed in our mold testing video, however we do inspect for moisture which is a prerequisite for mold growth. We do not test for lead or asbestos because houses prior to 1978 most likely have lead paint, and houses prior to 1980 most likely have asbestos and both dangerous substances are best left undisturbed per the EPA.
