What If An Inspector Can’t Gain Access
If at any point during the inspection the inspector is unable to access an area, or system, or the inspector believes that an area may be unsafe, the inspector will not inspect that area and will document their reasons for not proceeding.
If the area or system is later made accessible or safe the inspector may return to inspect that area or system for an additional fee.
For example; An inspector may refuse to enter a crawlspace covered in mouse droppings because entering that space would be unsafe.
Hantavirus is a virus that is found in the urine, saliva, or droppings of infected mice and some other wild rodents. People can contract the Hantavirus infection through inhalation of respirable droplets of saliva or urine, or through the dust of feces from infected wild rodents, especially the deer mouse. Transmission can also occur when contaminated material gets into broken skin, or possibly, ingested in contaminated food or water. The disease caused by Hantavirus is called Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome. Symptoms appear within 1 to 5 weeks after exposure.

Is Your Schedule Flexible
We all have responsibilities throughout the day, from work to taking the kids to after-school activities.
The home inspection itself takes about two hours, and if you need a home inspection to start early in the morning before you go to work, or in the evening after the family has had dinner, we are happy to work within your schedule. If you are unable to make it to the inspection, the 360 photos will help you feel like you were there and the report will be very clear and detailed. We can also video conference or give you a phone call after the inspection or while we are still on site.
Are There Trip Fees
Two Moose Home Inspections does not charge a trip fee if your home is in; Alma, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Dillon, Frisco, Fairplay, George Town, Heeney, Keystone, Kremmling, Leadville, Silverthorne, Vail, or if your home is less than 50 driving miles from Silverthorne, Colorado 80498.
There is a trip fee that will be calculated by the online scheduler if your home is more than 50 driving miles from Silverthorne, Colorado 80498. You will be able to see the trip charge on the 4th page of the online scheduler right before you hit submit.
